Kelly has been an integral part of Marc Hardman & Associates for more than 35 years, commencing with the firm in 1989. Throughout that time, she has developed extensive experience in property transactions, progressing through a variety of roles before qualifying as a Licensed Conveyancer.
Kelly works across a broad range of property matters, acting for clients in residential purchases and sales, commercial leasing, retirement village contracts, and off-the-plan development sales. She has experience assisting first home buyers, investors, developers, landlords and businesses, providing practical guidance and ensuring transactions are managed efficiently from commencement through to completion.
